This feature enables you to share a distraction-free YouTube video in the meeting.
How to play an YouTube video?
Click the "more options" button in the bottom left-hand corner. Next on you'll have an overview of various features. Simply choose YouTube Player, add the YouTube URL of the video you would like to share, and click Start.
Using this feature, comments and related video suggestions will not be displayed, ensuring a focused viewing experience.
Technical requirements:
- available in Chrome and Edge browsers since v.109, and Opera v.95
- only on desktop
Good to know:
- In addition to YouTube, Vimeo video links are also supported.
- If the chosen video is restricted, an error message will be displayed.
While we have not encountered any advertisements thus far, please be aware that advertisements may be displayed in the future. The presence of ads depends on YouTube policies and the video creator's preferences.
