Where can I turn off screen sharing for users?

Make sure that "hide_screenshare": true is in the Eyeson Meeting Setting.

Go to Setup, search for Custom Metadata Types, select Eyeson Meeting Setting, click on Edit button, and in the JSON configuration make sure that "hide_screenshare": true
