- China: For regulatory reasons, users in this country noted that they have limited access to eyeson account.
- Cuba: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access eyeson services.
- North Korea: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access eyeson services.
- Sudan: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access eyeson services.
- Syria: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to access eyeson services.
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): Some users have experienced disruptions due to blocks by UAE ISPs (internet service providers) du and Etisalat. These ISPs seem to have banned all services that they do not sell themselves.
